Natural Patterns
"Pay attention to the intricate patterns of your existence that you take for granted.”
- Doug Dillon
Nature has become an important aspect of all our lives in trying times since it is so beautiful and relaxing. The patterns created in nature are even more calming, and it is charming to learn how these patterns originate. This series takes a look at the patterns we see in nature, whether they come by after decades of growth, or help from man. The textured trunk of the old tree with scattered branches creates multiple patterns, combining chaos and calm. Contrastingly, you see how with a little help of the human hand, the pathway has gotten a relaxing effect from the symmetrical greenery. The mosaic of ashes melting into the iceberg is from Iceland, the land of volcanos. The criss-cross of pine trees creating a path leading to the mountains are a stunning view that never fails to make me happy.
